Leap For Life Project
​
Leap For Life’s conducts psycho-social support, life skills, and Para-legal and income-generating programs including micro-finance, tailoring, organic vegetable farming, and beads-making for rural widows in Magui South Sudan. The organisation currently serves more than 600 widows in Magui County, clustered in over 14 widow groups, and has become a model that has now been replicated in 4 counties in South Sudan through county chapters.

Our Mission
To champion for protection and advancement of widow rights and to ensure rural widows in south Sudan are protected from harmful cultural practices, discrimination and social-economic exclusion, alongside orphan education, care and support.

To create limitless potential for widows by improving widows rights and access to justice and resources, and to rebuild lives through a series of transformative workshops and programs with enrichment opportunities that nurture self-expression, loss and grief sharing that stimulate positive growth and address emotional and cultural barriers for widows to realize their full potential.
